At Passionspotcare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy designed to ensure your confidence when shopping with us.

Return Window

30 days from the date of delivery for all eligible items.

Eligible Items for Return

Items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Custom-fitted or personalized mobility aids (wheelchairs sized to individual measurements)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@passionspotcare.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective/damaged)

Step 2: Return Authorization

We will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Return address
  • Prepaid return label (if applicable)

Step 3: Package & Ship

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include RA number on package
  • Use provided return label or arrange return shipping

Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund issued: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by payment method)

Refund Method

  • Refunds issued to original payment method only
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
  • Free shipping orders: actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@passionspotcare.com
  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. We will provide:
    • Prepaid return label
    • Full refund including original shipping
    • OR replacement item at no charge

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Exception: Defective items can be directly exchanged

Late or Unauthorized Returns

  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted
  • Returns without Return Authorization will not be processed
  • Items will be returned to sender at customer’s expense

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applied for:

  • Items returned without original packaging (25% restocking fee)
  • Items showing signs of use or wear (case-by-case basis)
  • Items returned after 30 days but within reasonable timeframe (manager approval required)
