Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Orders that have not yet entered the shipping process will receive a full refund

Refund method: Amount will be returned to the original payment account (processing time depends on your bank, typically 5-10 business days)
Late Cancellation Policy
For cancellations requested after 48 hours (regardless of shipping status), the following fees will apply:

Logistics fees: Actual shipping/interception costs incurred

Handling fee: 6% of the total order amount (covers processing and operational costs)

Custom products (e.g., modified electric wheelchairs, personalized configurations) cannot be cancelled once production begins
